Pike Swimming Lessons offers children the opportunity to learn how to swim & learn how to swim better! Starting with swimmers at the age of four, our progressive lesson program reinforces to participants and families the importance of water safety as we teach the participants how to swim better! Opportunities for group lessons and private lessons are available throughout the year!
Pike Township Swim Club is an USA Swimming sponsored swim club that offers the opportunity for any competitive swimmer to compete with the best swimmers across the Indianapolis area, the state of Indiana, and at the national level! Pike Swim Club operates over the course of the year, primarily in two seasons:
The Short Course season traditionally takes place between the months of September through March.
The Long Course season traditionally takes place between the months of April through early August.
Competitive Interscholastic Swimming & Diving teams for grades 6-12 in cooperation with the MSD of Pike Township Athletic Departments.
Grades 6-8 compete for the combined Pike MS Swim & Dive team! The middle school team runs from January-end of February.
Grades 9-12 compete for the Pike HS Swim & Dive team! The high school team season runs from late October-end of February.
Adult Programming is available throughout the week here at the Aquatic Center. From learning how to swim with our Adult Swim Lessons, fitness activities in our Lap Swimming times, and competitive opportunities for adults with the Pike Masters Swimming group, we have a program that fits your needs.
Certification programs for those individuals who are looking to become Lifeguards, Swim Lesson Instructors, or certified in First Aid, AED, and/or CPR. Certifications are offered via the American Red Cross.Â
